PATIENT ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Each patient being admitted to our hospital is assigned a file by the Foreign Reception Staff in the lobby. If this is your first time in our hospital, you should report to the Foreign Reception Desk fifteeen minutes before your appointment time to complete the paperwork. Immediately after your personal information is received and recorded in our computer system, your file will be prepared and sent to the relevant department. If you would like assistance regarding the location of the particular department, our staff at the Foreign Reception Desk will be happy to help you.

HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

If you want to make an appointment for medical examinations either by telephoning the hospital and askin for the Foreign Recepiton Desk (Ext. Nr: 1720) or by completing the appointment form on our web site. In this case you will receive a time for the next day and you will be informed by e-mail.

IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A MEDICAL EXAMINATION

Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time would be useful for completing all the required procedures and thus allowing you to meet with your physician at the appointed time. If you have private health insurance, please show your insurance documents and a valid ID card to our staff at the Foreign Reception Desk. Our staff will assist and direct you on the insurance procedures. In all other cases you can make your payments in cash (YTL or foreign currency) or by credit card.
